Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Larped AI app ("Larped," "we," "us"). By using Larped, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Larped is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"); where these Terms and the Apple EULA both apply, both are in effect.

What Larped is

Larped is an entertainment and comedy app. You choose a themed scene and receive a pack of aspirational lifestyle photos, plus captions and posting tools, to share on social media as a self-aware bit. The images are for fun. They are not photographs of real events, real trips, or real purchases, and they are not meant to deceive anyone.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Larped.

Your photo and acceptable use

• The selfie you provide is processed on your own device and is never

uploaded to us (see our Privacy Policy).

• You may use Larped only with photos of yourself. Do not provide photos of

other people, and do not use Larped to depict, impersonate, or create images of any real, identifiable person who is not you.

• Do not use Larped or anything you make with it to **deceive, defraud, harass,

impersonate, or harm** anyone, or for anything unlawful.

• You are responsible for how and where you post what you create, and for

following the rules of any platform you post to.

We may limit or end your access if you misuse the app.

Subscriptions, trials, and purchases

• Larped offers auto-renewable subscriptions and an optional one-time

consumable ("Another Pack"). Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours

before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

• If your subscription includes a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited

when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account

settings. The consumable top-up is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we generally cannot

issue them directly.

What you can do with your packs

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Larped and the images you create for your own personal, social posting. The underlying photography is licensed to us; you receive the right to use the delivered images as part of the Larped experience, not to resell them or claim them as your own original work for commercial licensing.

AI and authenticity

Larped's imagery is created to look like aspirational lifestyle content. It is not a record of real events. Don't present it as real to mislead anyone — that's against these Terms and against the whole spirit of the app, which is the joke.

Disclaimers

Larped is provided "as is" and "as available," for entertainment purposes only, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular image will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larped and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or anything you create or post with it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Larped after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
